Role and Responsibilities:

Participate in remote user testing and feedback sessions
Complete assigned tasks that simulate real-world platform use
Share written feedback on functionality, flow, and clarity
Flag bugs, usability gaps, or confusing interactions

Required Skills and Experience:

Must be 21 or older with a valid Social Security Number
Own a computer (Mac or Windows) with internet access
Available to dedicate 5+ hours per week
Comfortable with regulated industries including online gambling
Capable of completing a standard background check

Preferred Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary – we provide full task guides
Previous involvement in beta testing, surveys, or usability studies is a plus
Clear communicator who provides thoughtful, constructive input

Compensation and Benefits:

$800–$1,200 compensation for approximately 20 hours of participation
