Role and Responsibilities:

• Join an ongoing focus group aimed at improving a new online service launching in your state.
• Complete assigned tasks from home using your own computer, then share feedback in short online sessions or surveys.
• Communicate clearly and follow instructions to ensure your input is useful and relevant.
• Maintain reliability by submitting tasks within the provided timeframes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Michigan only.
• Must own a personal Apple or Windows computer and have access to reliable internet.
• Willingness to complete a background check if selected for participation.
