Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured focus group for service testing and feedback
• Use a personal computer to interact with a new platform under development
• Complete assigned tasks and provide honest, detailed insights
• Report bugs, usability issues, or areas of confusion clearly

Required Skills and Experience:

• 21 years or older with a valid SSN
• Own a laptop or desktop (Windows or macOS) with internet access
• Comfort using basic digital tools and websites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable with topics related to the casino and gambling industry
• Background check required for participation

Preferred Qualifications:

• No experience required – ideal for beginners
• Availability of at least 5 hours per week for 3 to 4 weeks
• Open to giving constructive criticism and feedback

Compensation and Benefits:
