Role and Responsibilities:

• Take part in a remote focus group designed to gather feedback on a new digital service launching in your state.
• Use your computer to walk through assigned tasks and share your experience via guided surveys and online check-ins.

• Work independently and stay on track with provided deadlines and instructions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid SSN.
• Living in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Michigan is required.
• Access to a personal computer (Mac or PC).
• Comfortable using basic online tools and following instructions.
• Willing to complete a background check prior to participation.
