Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in remote user testing and feedback sessions
• Complete assigned tasks that simulate real-world platform use
• Share written feedback on functionality, flow, and clarity
• Flag bugs, usability gaps, or confusing interactions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 21 or older with a valid Social Security Number
• Own a computer (Mac or Windows) with internet access
• Available to dedicate 5+ hours per week
• Comfortable with regulated industries including online gambling
• Capable of completing a standard background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary – we provide full task guides
• Previous involvement in beta testing, surveys, or usability studies is a plus
• Clear communicator who provides thoughtful, constructive input

Compensation and Benefits:

• $800–$1,200 compensation for approximately 20 hours of participation
